The Woodlands Engagement Photos | Meet Ava and William! I loved this engagement session so much. We tried out a location that Ava recommended and it was absolutely perfect. With rain in the forecast all day long, we considered the possibility of rescheduling, but the day ended up being great! The rain held off and the sun came through a few times giving us the most beautiful glow (along with the well-known Texas humidity). They were such troopers following me from location to location in this weather and looking at these photos, you wouldn’t even know it was humid!

Nestled just north of Houston, Texas, The Woodlands served as the perfect backdrop for Ava and William’s engagement session. With its lush greenery, serene lakes, and towering trees, this charming community exuded a tranquil ambiance that complemented the couple’s love for each other as we explored the scenic trails and hidden nooks.

Ava and I met several years ago through golf, but this was my first time getting the pleasure of meeting William and they are the cutest together! There were many laughs during this session which made it even more enjoyable, including laughing off me almost falling straight forward into the water with my camera. It was terrifying at the time and I thought I was for sure going in, but thankfully I caught myself before it happened! And I bet you can’t even guess which one of these photos it was for 🙂

The fun we had during this session makes me so excited for their wedding later this year. These two are getting married in December at The Woodlands Country Club. It’s a gorgeous golf course with amazing views. I can’t wait for the husband and wife portraits!
